Shipping Policy

For Singapore
Orders are delivered by courier service. Orders are being processed the next working day and sent out within 3 working days. Customers are able to indicate their desired date and time by writing to us at info@theskinboutique.com.sg or drop a note in the comment box

For standard delivery service, shipping is free with purchases above SGD100. Otherwise, shipping charge is $8.00. Delivery timing is Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.  For delivery after 6pm or weekends, please write to us at info@theskinboutique.com.sg to arrange for appointments. Additional charges may apply.

Payment Mode

Online payment mode:

Credit card: Master, Visa and Amex through Paypal. Please register with Paypal (you are only required to register for the first time). Customers are advised to remember their user name and password for their convenience upon logging in the next time.

Offline payment mode:

Cash on Delivery - Customers can submit their order via email or phone. The Skin Boutique will call to confirm orders and delivery time

Bank Transfer - Transfer payment by ATM machine or internet banking (kindly write in to us at info@theskinboutique.com.sg for bank details)

Cheque - send cheque via mail. All cheques to be crossed and made payable to The Skin Boutique Pte Ltd.

International

International shipping is via DPEX Worldwide Express. Customers can opt for Worldwide Express mail or Worldwide Express Parcel
